Test Kitchen Tip: Cutting Fresh Corn Kernels from the Cob

Fresh corn is one of summer’s sweetest rewards, but cutting kernels from the cob can be tricky. Follow these steps for less mess.

     1. Place a dish towel on a work surface, and top with a Bundt pan.

     2. Place tip of corn cob in center tube of pan.

     3. Carefully slice downward, allowing kernels to fall in pan.
