Southern Cast Iron Easy Apple-Buttermilk Cobbler

When it comes to iconic fall flavors, it’s hard to find anything more classic and comforting than apples. In recent years, pumpkin spice has certainly made a name for itself, but when it comes to fall flavors that are full of tradition and history, apples are king.

But apple-filled desserts seem to particularly hit the spot, and this Easy Apple-Buttermilk Cobbler is no exception.

Cobblers always seem to find themselves at the top of our fall baking list. They are one of the easiest desserts to put together while also being among the prettiest and most comforting. Humble ingredients melt together to create the perfect amount of fall sweetness.
