Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together pineapple, coconut, marshmallows, sour cream, and pecans. Gently fold in orange. Garnish with cherries. Cover, and refrigerate up to 2 days.
