Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Make about 2 cups
Ingredients
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating well after each addition. Increase mixer speed to high. Add vanilla, and beat for 1 minute.
