Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
Yields: About 25 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (5-pound) bag all-purpose flour (19 to 20 cups)
  • 3¾ cups buttermilk blend powder*
  • ⅔ cup baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
Instructions
  1. In a very large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

*We used Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend.
