Hurricane Mimosas
- ½ cup passion fruit juice*
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup white rum
- ¼ cup dark rum
- 4 teaspoons grenadine
- 2 cups chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- Garnish: maraschino cherries, orange peel
- In a 2-cup measuring cup, stir together fruit juices, rums, and grenadine. Pour evenly into 4 serving glasses. Top each evenly with Champagne. Garnish with cherries and orange peel, if desired.
*We used Ceres passion fruit juice.
