Hurricane Mimosas
 
Makes 4 cocktails
Ingredients
  • ½ cup passion fruit juice*
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup white rum
  • ¼ cup dark rum
  • 4 teaspoons grenadine
  • 2 cups chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Garnish: maraschino cherries, orange peel
Instructions
  1. In a 2-cup measuring cup, stir together fruit juices, rums, and grenadine. Pour evenly into 4 serving glasses. Top each evenly with Champagne. Garnish with cherries and orange peel, if desired.
Notes
*We used Ceres passion fruit juice.
