Orange–Cream Cheese Frosting
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ tablespoons orange zest
- 6 cups confectioners’ sugar
- In a medium bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and orange zest with a mixer at medium speed until blended. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until well combined. Use immediately.
