Whipped Cream Topping
 
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until medium-soft peaks form.
