Whipped Cream Topping
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until medium-soft peaks form.
