Orange Butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, combine butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Stir in orange zest and vanilla. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
