Ingredients
  • 1 refrigerated piecrust dough
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup light corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • Ice cream and chocolate sauce, to serve

  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll piecrust dough. Fit dough into a 9-inch metal pie plate. Fold edges under and crimp, as desired.
  3. Mix melted butter and brown sugar. Add corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, salt, granola, pecans, and chocolate, slowly stirring to combine. Pour into piecrust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
  5. Loosely cover pie with foil and bake until set, about 25 minutes more. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.
