Miso Dressing
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons white miso soybean paste
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon honey
- In the container of a blender, process vinegar, ½ cup water, oil, ginger, soybean paste, garlic, and honey until smooth.
