Hasselback Dogs
 
Ingredients
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 everything bagel seasoning hot dog buns, warmed
  • 1 cup prepared pimiento cheese
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup chowchow
  • Crushed spicy crunchy cheese puffs*
Instructions
  1. Using a sharp knife, make cuts ¼ inch apart into hot dogs, cutting only three-fourths of the way through. (Be careful not to cut all the way through hot dogs.)
  2. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Add hot dogs, and cook, turning occasionally, until nicely browned and crispy, 10 to 15 minutes. Place in buns, and top with pimiento cheese, red onion, chowchow, and crushed cheese puffs.
Notes
*We used Flamin’ Hot Crunchy Cheetos.
