Cranberry Simple Syrup
 
Makes about ⅔ cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and ¼ cup water to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool completely, about 1 hour. Stir in cranberry juice, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
