Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add sugar; beat at medium-high speed until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add cream and vanilla; beat until smooth and stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes.
