Brenda Gantt Recipe: Hannah’s Chunky Guacamole
 
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup tomato (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit. With a spoon, remove avocado flesh and place in a medium bowl. With the tines of a fork, mash avocado until chunky.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve with tortilla chips or heap it up on your favorite tacos.
