Watermelon Wedges with Chili and Lime
 
Makes about 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into ½-inch-thick wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Place watermelon wedges on a platter. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Serve with lime wedges.
