Orange-Feta Broccoli Salad
 
Makes about 10 servings
Ingredients
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 cups chopped broccoli (about 2 large heads)
  • 2 large navel oranges, sectioned
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup golden raisins
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, mustard, vinegar, orange juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli, oranges, onion, feta, sunflower seeds, and raisins until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
