Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together pumpkin seeds, oil, lime zest and juice, salt, coriander, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, and red pepper. Spread in an even layer onto prepared pan.
  3. Bake until fragrant, stirring halfway through, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
