Chili Snack Mix
 
Makes about 10 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag pretzel sticks
  • 1 (14-ounce) bag corn chips*
  • 1 (12.4-ounce) box cheese-flavored crackers*
  • 1 (12-ounce) box corn-and-rice cereal*
  • 1 (9.1-ounce) box wheat crackers*
  • 1 (9-ounce) bag oyster crackers
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag bagel chips
  • 1½ cups unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250°.
  2. In 2 large disposable foil roasting pans, stir together pretzels, corn chips, cheese-flavored crackers, cereal, wheat crackers, oyster crackers, and bagel chips.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat butter and all remaining ingredients over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted. Pour butter mixture all over pretzel mixture, gently stirring to coat.
  4. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until mixture is crisp, about 1 hour. Let cool completely in pans. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
*We used Fritos Corn Chips, Cheez-It Baked Snack Crackers, Kellogg’s Crispix Cereal, and Wheat Thins Original Crackers.
