Cream Cheese Filling
- ¾ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low, and gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until combined. Add vanilla, and beat at medium speed until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Use immediately.
