Lemon Zest Streusel
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and lemon zest. Work in butter by pinching butter with your fingertips or using 2 forks to cut in butter until mixture holds together well when squeezed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
