Lemon Zest Streusel
 
Makes about ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and lemon zest. Work in butter by pinching butter with your fingertips or using 2 forks to cut in butter until mixture holds together well when squeezed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
