Hot Ham-and-Turkey Sliders
- 2 (12-count) packages Hawaiian dinner rolls, halved horizontally (do not separate rolls)
- 12 slices Havarti cheese
- ¾ pound thinly sliced smoked ham
- ¾ pound thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- ⅔ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 4 teaspoons firmly packed light brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 2 (13x9-inch) baking dishes with cooking spray.
- Place bottom half of rolls in prepared pans; top with Havarti cheese, ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese. Cover with top half of rolls.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add hot sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and garlic powder, and whisk until smooth. Brush on top of rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted and roll tops are lightly browned, about 10 minutes more. Serve warm.
