White Barbecue Sauce
 
MAKES 1¼ CUPS
Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise*
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, 2 teaspoons water, Worcestershire, and all remaining ingredients until combined. Refrigerate in a glass jar with a lid for up to 1 week.
