Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 (10-ounce) rib eye steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Side Salad (recipe follows)
  • Garnish: chopped fresh rosemary, flaked sea salt
Instructions
  1. If preheating is recommended by your air fryer manual, preheat air fryer to 400°.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, melted butter, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper to coat. Using a slotted spoon, remove potatoes, and place in air fryer basket; reserve remaining butter mixture in bowl. Set temperature to 400°, and cook until fork-tender, about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, add steak to remaining butter mixture, tossing to coat. Let stand until potatoes are cooked.
  4. Push potatoes to one side of air fryer basket; using a slotted spoon, transfer steak to air fryer basket. Cook until steak reaches desired degree of doneness, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with Side Salad. Garnish with rosemary and sea salt, if desired.
