Elderflower Punch
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ¾ cup elderflower liqueur
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup honey
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
- Garnish: fresh mint sprig
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine raspberries, liqueur, lemon juice, honey, lemon, and mint leaves. Before serving, stir in sparkling wine. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
Notes
*For a nonalcoholic version, substitute elderflower syrup with sparkling water.
