Kinloch Plantation Products was founded by Tommy Hatfield. The logo features Kinloch Plantation, where Tommy lives with his wife Eleanor and their West Highland White Terrier, Percy. Tommy started the company with his flagship product, pecan oil, as a way to showcase Louisiana’s excellent pecans. A trip to Italy led Tommy to add the balsamic vinegar to his product lineup.
