With bold, smoky flavor and a satisfying crunch, this Chili Snack Mix brings together pretzels, crackers, and corn chips for a crowd-pleasing bite that’s perfect for game day or gifting.
Chili Snack Mix
Makes about 10 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) bag pretzel sticks
- 1 (14-ounce) bag corn chips*
- 1 (12.4-ounce) box cheese-flavored crackers*
- 1 (12-ounce) box corn-and-rice cereal*
- 1 (9.1-ounce) box wheat crackers*
- 1 (9-ounce) bag oyster crackers
- 1 (8-ounce) bag bagel chips
- 1½ cups unsalted butter
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- In 2 large disposable foil roasting pans, stir together pretzels, corn chips, cheese-flavored crackers, cereal, wheat crackers, oyster crackers, and bagel chips.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter and all remaining ingredients over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted. Pour butter mixture all over pretzel mixture, gently stirring to coat.
- Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until mixture is crisp, about 1 hour. Let cool completely in pans. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
