Ingredients
  1. 1 (6-ounce) package dried apricots, chopped
  2. 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
  3. ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  4. 1 tablespoon orange zest
  5. 2 (10-ounce) packages dark chocolate morsels
Instructions
  1. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, letting ends extend over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Sprinkle apricots, cranberries, almonds, and zest in an even layer in bottom of pan.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (about 2½ minutes total). Spoon chocolate over mixture in pan; gently smooth top with an offset spatula. Let cool completely. Remove from pan, using foil as handles; cut into bars.
