Create these cups that let guests feel like their favorite charcuterie boards have come right to them without having to go back for more.

Makes 12
Ingredients
  • 12 slices genoa salami
  • 12 slices large pepperoni
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 48 small skewers or cocktail picks
  • 12 gherkins
  • 12 pickled okra pods
  • 12 pickled garlic cloves
  • 12 large pimiento stuffed olives
  • 24 green grapes
  • 24 red grapes
  • 12 cubes Cheddar cheese
  • 12 wedges smoked Gouda
  • 12 wedges Brie
  • 3 cups mixed nuts
  • 12 crispy breadstick crackers
  • 12 cheese straws
  • 12 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 12 long flatbread crackers
Instructions
  1. Skewer 1 slice salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto onto 12 skewers.
  2. On another 12 skewers, skewer pickles, okra, garlic, and olives.
  3. On another 12 skewers, skewer green and red grapes.
  4. On another 12 skewers, skewer Cheddar, Gouda, and Brie.
  5. Divide nuts between 12 decorative glasses. Arrange 1 of each skewer in each glass with breadstick crackers, cheese straws, rosemary, and flatbread crackers.
