- 12 slices genoa salami
- 12 slices large pepperoni
- 12 slices prosciutto
- 48 small skewers or cocktail picks
- 12 gherkins
- 12 pickled okra pods
- 12 pickled garlic cloves
- 12 large pimiento stuffed olives
- 24 green grapes
- 24 red grapes
- 12 cubes Cheddar cheese
- 12 wedges smoked Gouda
- 12 wedges Brie
- 3 cups mixed nuts
- 12 crispy breadstick crackers
- 12 cheese straws
- 12 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 12 long flatbread crackers
Instructions
- Skewer 1 slice salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto onto 12 skewers.
- On another 12 skewers, skewer pickles, okra, garlic, and olives.
- On another 12 skewers, skewer green and red grapes.
- On another 12 skewers, skewer Cheddar, Gouda, and Brie.
- Divide nuts between 12 decorative glasses. Arrange 1 of each skewer in each glass with breadstick crackers, cheese straws, rosemary, and flatbread crackers.
