Brenda Gantt’s Corn Dip
Makes about 8 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (11-ounce) cans corn with green and red bell pepper (drained)
- 1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 4 fresh jalapeño peppers (diced)
- Corn or tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.




I fell for all the hype, made this for a party. It was ok…not anything special. I won’t make this again
I have an idea that works IMHO,
Add Imitation Crab or real lump crab to this dip and it just might impress.
Just a thought.
I thought it was pretty good with the Imitation Crab.
