Brenda Gantt’s Corn Dip
 
Makes about 8 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 (11-ounce) cans corn with green and red bell pepper (drained)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 4 fresh jalapeño peppers (diced)
  • Corn or tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with corn or tortilla chips.

  1. I have an idea that works IMHO,
    Add Imitation Crab or real lump crab to this dip and it just might impress.
    Just a thought.
    I thought it was pretty good with the Imitation Crab.
