In the apple cranberry pie, can I use fresh cranberries, and if so, how much? Looks great and I want to make it next week.would different apples work, as long as they’re considered cooking apples? Thanks!

We would not recommend using fresh cranberries instead of dried cranberries. Fresh are not naturally sweet and release a lot of liquid when cooking. Any sturdy cooking apple with work with this. Hope this helps!
