Brenda Gantt Recipe: Hannah’s Chunky Guacamole
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- ½ cup tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit. With a spoon, remove avocado flesh and place in a medium bowl. With the tines of a fork, mash avocado until chunky.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve with tortilla chips or heap it up on your favorite tacos.
